 	Remove/Install
1	Close shutoff cock at fuel prefilter	 See Operating Instructions
2.1	Opent ailgate and side flap on right	Only on model 613.358/367/388.  If it is difficult to reach the fuel pump, remove the fuel pump from below:  Detach lower engine compartment paneling
		On model 613.358/388	AR61.20-T-1105B

2.2	Remove MR/PLD control module	Only on model 671	AR07.15-T-1628AA
		Only on model 613.368	AR07.15-T-1628CA
Danger!	Risk of explosion from fuel igniting, risk of poisoning from inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin from contact with fuel. 3	Unscrew banjo bolt (6) and detach fuel suction line (5) from crankcase	 Installation: Replace sealing rings.

4	Detach fixtures along the fuel line (arrow)
5	Detach fuel suction lines (1, 5) from fuel pump (2)	 Installation: Replace sealing rings (3).

6	Detach fuel pressure line (4) from fuel pump (2)	Installation: Install new sealing rings (7). Installation position must be noted: Line must not chafe.

7	Take off fuel pump (2).	 Installation: Replace gasket (8). The groove of the gasket must point toward the fuel pump.

8	Install in the reverse order
9	Bleed fuel system

	Inspect
 Danger!	Risk of accident as vehicle may start off by itself with the engine running. Risk of injury as working around the engine during start-up or while running may result in contusions and burns	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. 10	Start engine and check fuel system for leaks	 If the engine does not start within 30 s, wait 1 min. and repeat the attempt at starting.
11	Switch off engine
