	Checking
2	Screw coolant temperature sensor with seal into heat exchanger (1)		*BA43.30-N-1011-01A
3	Install pressure plate (2) with O-rings on heat exchanger (1)		*BA43.30-N-1024-01A

4	Install air line on lower connection (3) on backing plate (2)
5	Fill heat exchanger (1) on the water side with hot water	 The water connections must be on top. Ensure that no air bubbles are trapped in the heat exchanger, tilt it slightly if necessary.
		 Note specified temperature of test water	*BE43.30-N-1002-01A
		Heating plate
6	Slowly apply pressure (oil side) to the heat exchanger (1)	Note specified pressure of test air At air bubble formation: 	*BE43.30-N-1003-01A
		Replace heat exchanger.
7	Install air line on lower connection (3) on backing plate (2)
8	Install air line on upper connection (4) on backing plate (2)
9	Slowly apply pressure (oil side) to the heat exchanger (1)	 Note specified pressure of test air At air bubble formation: 	*BE43.30-N-1003-01A
		Replace heat exchanger.
10	Remove air line from upper connection (4) on backing plate (2)
11	Remove coolant temperature sensor with seal
12	Remove backing plate (2) from heat exchanger (1) and remove O-rings	 Model 930, 932, 933, 934, 950, 952, 953, 954	*715589012500

	Install
