Pull ABS sensor with plug bushing out of the bearing cap

With code BB0, ABS.

 Installation: Install ABS sensor.

Remove brake disk on rear axle

 Fasten brake caliper in wheel house with lines connected.

Remove parking brake shoes

Remove brake cable lock

Remove rear axle shaft (1)

Disassemble rear axle shaft (1)

Spring off ABS measuring ring (2) using chisel

 Installation: Heat up new ABS measuring ring (2) to approx. 180°C, push on to rear axle shaft and reposition up to the stop using a suitable punch.

Install in the reverse order

Check oil level in rear axle

Correct if necessary: 


