Remove

Remove brake pads

Remove thrust piece with boot (4) and check inner seal cap (2) for damage

Further disassembly or opening of the brake caliper is not allowed.

Otherwise the brake caliper may malfunction.

With damaged inner seal cap (2):



Replace brake calipers.

Check adjusting thread of threaded tubes (3) for corrosion

In event of corrosion or ingressed water on threaded pipe (3):



Replace brake calipers.
