7 | Detach pressure limiting valve with vent (30.03) from trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) | Only if the pressure limiting valve with vent (30.03) or trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) is replaced. | |
8 | Remove trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) from bracket | ||

9 | Mount trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) onto bracket | Trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit to bracket | |
10 | Attach pressure limiting valve with ventilation (30.03) to trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) | Only if the pressure limiting valve with vent (30.03) or trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) is replaced. | |
11 | Attach compressed-air connectors (2) | ||
12 | Attach electrical connector (1) | ||

13 | Start engine and completely fill compressed-air system at idle speed | ||
14 | Raise trailing axle | ||

16 | Check compressed-air connector (2) and threaded connection of pressure limiting valve with vent (30.03) to trailing axle raising/lowering valve unit (Y80) for leaktightness | Use commercially available leak detector spray. |
