2 | Discharge compressed-air system | ||
3 | Detach compressed-air lines (2, 3) from compressed air cylinder (1). | With compressed air connector system "VOSS 230". | |
With compressed air connector system "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6). | |||
Installation: Check O-rings and replace if necessary. | |||
| Notes on compressed air connector systems | ||
4 | Unscrew lubricating nipple (4). | ||
5 | Remove locking plate (5). | ||
6 | Remove pin (6) from the inside outwards | Secure compressed air cylinder (1) to prevent it from falling down. | |
Installation: Press in pin (6) from the outside inwards. The locking slot must run parallel to both tapped holes for the locking plate (5). | |||
7 | Lower the compressed air cylinder (1) until the connecting rod eye is free. | Installation: Align the connecting rod eye accurately so that the pin (6) can then be installed . | |
8 | Remove cotter pin (9) and washer (8). | ||
9 | Press out pin (10) from the inside outwards and remove with compressed air cylinder (1). | When putting down the compressed air cylinder (1) do not damage the screw-on filter on the underneath. | |
Installation: The screw-on filter must point downwards. | |||
| Lubrication points | Lubricate pin (10). | |
10 | Install in the reverse order |
