 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Danger to life from lowering vehicle when working between wheels and body. Risk of injury by pinching or crushing when working on the air suspension.	Do not work between wheels and wheel wells or in wheel box. Only carry out check and adjustment operations from underneath the vehicle. Secure areas with moving vehicle parts against unauthorized access.	AS32.22-Z-0001-01A
 Installation	Replace self-locking nuts and bolts.
1	Remove wheels		AR40.10-A-1100LA
2	Support vehicle frame
3	Raise rear axle approx. 5 cm and support
4	Detach linkage (9) from front axle (1)
5	Pull lever (10) downwards	 The air spring bellows (2) are deflated as a result.
6	Remove air spring bellows (2)		AR32.22-A-2003LA
7	Remove drag link (11) at pitman arm (12)	 See Remove/install drag link.	AR46.40-A-0100LA
8	Remove compressed air hoses (4) from diaphragm cylinders (5)	 Seal openings with plugs.
		 Installation: Replace sealing rings.
9	Detach dampers (7) on air bellows supports (6)		*BA32.25-N-1002-01F
10	Remove trailing arms (3)		*BA33.15-N-1001-01F
			*BA33.15-N-1002-01F
11	Remove diagonal control arms (8)		*BA33.15-N-1004-01F
			*BA33.15-N-1005-01F
12	Remove front axle (1)
13	Remove air bellows supports (6)	Only if the front axle (1) is exchanged.

14	Install in the reverse order
15	Check steering locks, adjust if necessary		AR46.20-A-0510LA
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 16	Start engine and fill compressed-air system up to the cutoff pressure
17	Turn off engine
18	Check tire inflation pressure, correct if necessary
