3 | Disassemble the transmission into its main components | ||
4 | Remove retaining ring (21) and ring gear (20) | ||
5 | Remove input shaft (5) from front gear set (2) | ||
6 | Remove seal rings (4) | ||
7 | Remove needle roller bearing (1, 3) | ||
8 | Remove retaining ring (19) | ||
9 | Remove clutch pack K2 (A) | Check disks for scorch marks and wear and replace if necessary. | |
10 | Remove disk spring (14). | ||
11 | Remove retaining ring (13), spring cup (12), sealing ring (11) and disk spring (10) | Clamp disk spring (10) using assembly device until the retaining ring (13) is exposed. | |

12 | Remove piston (9) | For this purpose carefully blow with compressed air into the bore (arrow) of the input shaft (5). | |
13 | Remove seal rings (6, 7) | ||

26 | Install ring gear (20) | The long collar must face towards the output side. | |
27 | Install new retaining ring (21) | ||

29 | Assemble main components of the transmission | ||
