	Remove
1	Remove multiplate clutch K27 (1) with output shaft (2) and parking lock gear (3).		AR27.50-S-0614EA
 	Disassemble/assemble
2	Remove snap ring (5) of multiplate clutch K27 (1).	 Assembly: Install snap ring (5) with determined snap ring thickness.
3	Remove clutch pack (6).
4	Attach pressure device (8) to outer plate carrier (7).	 Pressing tool	*722589013100
		 Set of drifts	*722589041500
5	Push down spring retainer (9) using pressure tester (8) far enough until snap ring (10) is exposed.	 Pressing tool	*722589013100

6	Remove retaining ring (10).	 Pliers	*000589523700
7	Apply compressed air to bore on output shaft (2) and remove piston (12).	 Slowly apply compressed air. The compressed air pushes the piston (12) out of the outer plate carrier (7).
8	Remove spring retainer (9).	 Assembly: Observe installation position.
9	Remove disk spring (11).	 Assembly: Observe installation position.
10	Remove sealing rings (15, 16, 17).
	Automatic transmission fluids (ATF) (specification 236.17)		BB00.40-P-0236-17A
		 Assembly: Replace sealing rings (15, 16, 17) and coat with transmission oil.

	Check
11	Check bearing (13).	If bearing (13) is found to be damaged,
		
		replace outer plate carrier (7) and needle bearing in transmission housing.

12	Check parking lock gear (3).	If parking lock gear (3) is found to be damaged,
		
		replace outer plate carrier (7) and needle bearing in transmission housing.

13	Remove Torlon rings (14).	 Assembly: Do not bend or crush Torlon rings (14). Otherwise, the Torlon rings (14) may be damaged.
		 Assembly: Mount Torlon rings (14) onto  sleeve.  Mount sleeve over output shaft (2) at top and slowly remove Torlon rings (14) from output shaft (2).

14	Assemble in the reverse order.
