2 | Detach torque converter housing and multi-disk brake B1 from transmission housing | ||
3 | Remove multi-disk brake B1 and oil pump | ||
| Disassemble | ||
4 | Remove circlip (9) | ||
5 | Remove clutch pack B1 (B) and disk spring (5) | Check external plates (6, 8) and internal plates (7) for scorch marks and wear, replace if necessary. | |
6 | Remove circlip (4) and disk spring (3) | Clamp disk spring (3) using assembly device until the retaining ring (4) is exposed. | |

7 | Remove piston (2) | Carefully blow into the bore (A) with compressed air. | |
8 | Remove teflon rings (10) | ||
| Assemble | ||
9 | Install piston (2) | ||
10 | Install disk spring (3) and circlip (4) | Clamp disk spring (3) using assembly device until the groove of the retaining ring (4) is exposed. The cone of disk spring (3) must face upwards (output side). | |

11 | Install disk spring (5). | The shackles (top arrow) of the disk spring (5) must be on the 3 support points (bottom arrow) of the external plate carrier (1). Installation: The cone of the disk spring (5) must face downwards (input side). | |
12 | Insert and measure clutch pack B1 (B) |
