| Indications about the hydraulic-pneumatic gear shift (HPS) | ||
| Indications concerning the hydraulic oil, according to specifications of page 345.0 | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury due to being caught and smashed by the tilting cabin | During the cabin tilting operation back and forth do not go in the inclination area and take preventive measures to prevent non-authorized people to go in it. Always tilt the cabin up to its final tilting position and lock it with the safety lock.
1 | Tilt the cabin | ||
| Indications about the cabin tilting operation | ||
2 | Remove the noise encapsulation elements from over the gearbox
3 | Put the gearbox control in the neutral position | During the whole gearbox bleeding procedure the gearbox shifter must be in the neutral position.
4 | Remove both bleeding valves (2) and (4), as well as the bleeding bolts (1) and (3), clean and inspect for damages or deformations at the cone | Eventually, install new bleeding valves (2) and (4), as well as new bleeding bolts (1) and (3).
5 | Install the bleeding valves (2) and (4) and the bleeding bolts (1) and (3)
6 | Connect the supply hose (I), the adapter Y (K), the intake reservoir (H) and the bleeding hose (21) in the supply and bleeding device | Supply and bleeding instruments can only be used approved at GOTIS and which have been identified with one of the following adhesive labels:
"HY2" for the Romess Rogg GmbH company:_ Co. KG "BOY II MO" for the company Bodo Stier Hydrotechnik GmbH "NEU HY 2" for the company GL GmbH
Adapter kit | |||
7 | Turn the supply and bleeding instrument on | Rinse the supply and bleeding instrument until the hydraulic fluid flows without bubbles by the inspection visor (20) of the supply hose (I).
8 | Turn the supply and bleeding instrument off
9 | Move the valve lever (10) to the bleeding position (9), in the secondary expansion tank (5)
10 | Remove the adapter Y (K) and the intake reservoir (H) from the supply hose (I)
11 | Connect the supply hose (I) to the bleeding valves (2) and (4)
12 | Remove the closing coupler (14) at the ventilation mouth connection (11) of the do secondary expansion tank (5)
13 | Connect the return hose (G) to the ventilation mouth connection (11) and drive it up to the intake reservoir (H) | The hydraulic fluid must be collected through the intake reservoir (H), as it absorbs air during the bleeding process and this way it can not be supplied to the supply and bleeding instrument.
Danger! | Risk of injury due to being caught and smashed by the tilting cabin | During the cabin tilting operation back and forth do not go in the inclination area and take preventive measures to prevent non-authorized people to go in it. Always tilt the cabin up to its final tilting position and lock it with the safety lock.
14 | Return the cabin | ||
| Indications about the cabin tilting operation | ||
15 | Fasten the return hose (G) under the windshield wiper blade (12)
16 | Open both bleeding valves (2) and (4), as well as the bleeding bolts (1) and (3), only one turn
17 | Turn the supply and bleeding instrument on | In order to bleed, it is necessary to use a supply and bleeding equipment with accumulate pressure of, at least, 2.5, up to 3.0 bar at most. The flow must be of at least 20 up to 30 l/h in the vehicle (this corresponds to approx. 1l/120 up to 180 s). Observe the instructions of the manufacturer's operation manual.
18 | Move the control lever to the neutral position, firstly to the left and then to the right up to the mechanic stopper and keep them at such points for approximately 30 seconds, respectively | Rinse the hydraulic circuit, until the hydraulic fluid flows free of bubbles.
19 | Move the control lever to the neutral position many times in a rapid sequence, from the right to the left stopper and then hold them in the respective stoppers for approximately 20 seconds | Rinse the hydraulic circuit, until the hydraulic fluid flows free of bubbles.
20 | Mover the selection lever and engage the 3rd/4th speeds firstly forward and backwards until the mechanic stopper and at the front and rear mechanic stoppers keep it for approximately 30 s | Rinse the hydraulic circuit, until the hydraulic fluid flows out free of bubbles.
21 | Move the control lever various times in the 3rd/4th speeds in a fast sequence, since the rear stopper up to the front stopper and then hold it at the front and rear stoppers for approximately 20 seconds | Rinse the hydraulic circuit, until the hydraulic fluid goes out free of bubbles.
22 | Close both bleeding valves (2) and (4), as well as the bleeding bolts (1) and (3), and turn off the supply and bleeding instrument
23 | Put the control lever in the neutral position
24 | Engage several times the speeds in the gearbox | Engage: move the control lever, at least 10 times, back and forth in a fast sequence. Selection: move the control lever, at least 10 times, to the right and left in a fast sequence. This way, the centering of the control is obtained. In the case of imprecise travel (very soft stoppers) the control can be bled again.
25 | Carry out an operation test | Engage all the gearbox speeds, if necessary:
Repeat the bleeding process (as from the work step 16).
Danger! | Risk of injury due to being caught and smashed by the tilting cabin | During the cabin tilting operation back and forth do not go in the inclination area and take preventive measures to prevent non-authorized people to go in it. Always tilt the cabin up to its final tilting position and lock it with the safety lock.
26 | Tilt the cabin | ||
| Indications about the cabin tilting operation | ||
27 | Remove the supply hose (I) from the bleeding valves (2) and (4) and fit the respective protective plugs
28 | Remove the closing coupler (15) and connect the manual pump (A) with the connection hose (B) at the supply level connection (7) | Collect the drained oil.
29 | Remove the return hose (G) from the ventilation mouth connection (11) | Collect the drained oil.
30 | Connect the bleeding coupler (13) with the connection hose (B) to the ventilation mouth connection (11)
31 | Suck the secondary expansion tank oil (5) using the hand primer pump (A), until only air goes out
32 | Remove the bleeding coupler (13 ) and install the closing coupler (14) in the secondary expansion tank (5)
33 | Remove the hand primer pump (A) with the connecting hose (B) and install the closing coupler (15) in the secondary expansion tank (5) | Collect the drained oil.
34 | Move the valve lever (10) to the drive position (8), in the secondary expansion tank (5)
35 | Install the noise encapsulation elements from over the gearbox
Danger! | Risk of injury due to being caught and smashed by the tilting cabin | During the cabin tilting operation back and forth do not go in the inclination area and take preventive measures to prevent non-authorized people to go in it. Always tilt the cabin up to its final tilting position and lock it with the safety lock.
