1 | Install oil pipes (61, 62, 63) in housing (36). | ||
Coat the ends of the oil pipes (61, 62, 63) with lubricant. Coat core hole cover (65) and stud bolt (64) with thread locking compound. | |||

2 | Drive cylindrical roller bearing (24) into housing cover (1). | Use a suitable drift. | |
3 | Drive ball bearing/cylindrical roller bearing (32) into housing (36). | Use a suitable drift. | |
4 | Clean sealing surfaces on housing (36) and housing cover (1). | Clean sealing surfaces so they are free of grease. | |
5 | Install shift cylinder (40). | ||
6 | Assemble drive shaft (25). |

Coat the sealing lips of the radial shaft sealing ring (54) with lubricant. | |||

13 | Assemble cluster gear (9). | ||

14 | Install cluster gear (9) with intermediate shaft (15). | Align groove in intermediate shaft (15) relative to housing cover (1). | |
15 | Coat sealing surfaces on housing (36) with sealant. | Loctite 5203 sealant | |
16 | Attach housing cover (1) to housing (36). | Observe installation position of cylindrical pins (2). When replacing the housing cover (1) replace the parallel pins (2) and bushes (3). | |

17 | Insert balls (39). | ||
18 | Install covers (37, 38) of the intermediate shafts (15, 23). | Insert the covers (37, 38) with sealant and install new screws. | |

19 | Screw in screw plugs (58, 59) with new sealing rings. | Screw plug to housing | |
20 | Install tapered roller bearing (6) using a suitable drift. | ||
21 | Determine shim (57) of output shaft. | ||

24 | Attach output flange (55). | Bolt, output flange to output shaft | |
25 | Install circlip (35) on the drive shaft (25). | ||
26 | Install centering ring (33). | ||
27 | Screw in power take-off 1 indicator switch (S23) with new sealing ring. | Indicator switch to shift housing |
