2 | Unscrew screw plug (3) and collect transmission oil in a suitable receptacle | ||
3 | Detach speed sensor (4) from main shaft transmission cover (1) | Speedometer sensor to rear transmission cover | |
4 | Detach main shaft transmission cover (1) from transmission housing | Installation: Replace O-ring. | |
Installation: Coat contact surface at oil return bore with sealant. | |||

Screw/bolt (micro-encapsulated), rear transmission cover (main shaft) to transmission housing | |||
5 | Detach countershaft transmission cover (2) from transmission housing | Installation: Coat contact surface with sealant. | |
Screw/bolt (micro-encapsulated), rear transmission cover (countershaft) to transmission housing | |||

6 | Remove pulse generator from main shaft | If replacing the pulse generator. | |
Installation: The blades of the pulse generator must point in the direction of the main shaft transmission cover (1). | |||
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
8 | Check oil level in transmission and correct if necessary | ||
