14 | Remove clutch actuator (A93) | ||
15 | Separate electrical connector (9) on gate module (A90) | ||
16 | Disconnect transmission connector (X29) at the separation point of transmission/engine | ||
17 | Unscrew bolts (3, 8) from left and right support arm on frame | | |
18 | Raise transmission approx. 20 mm and support engine from underneath at timing case | ||
19 | Unscrew bolts around circumference of transmission and lift out transmission | Installation: When installing the transmission the rollers on the release lever (16) must engage past the rear flange of the clutch operator (17), in the guide groove of the clutch operator (17), so that the function of the release mechanism is guaranteed. | |
Installation: Rotate the clutch operator (17) until the roll pin (18) is in a horizontal position. | |||
