3 | Remove bolts (2), lift out clutch pressure plate (1) using commercial vehicle pressure plate assembly device and remove clutch plate (6) | Loosen the bolts (2) in small stages diagonally in order to avoid a one-sided load on the clutch pressure plate (1). | |

5 | Check clutch parts for wear and damage | ||

6 | Clean profile grooves in the clutch plate (6) and clean hub profile of the transmission input shaft | In order to prevent the clutch plate (6) from jamming, do not grease the nickel-plated hub surface of the clutch plate (6). | |
