Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. | |

3 | Detach the coolant hose (1) at the coolant thermostat housing cover (2) | Collect coolant which flows out | |
4 | Remove screws (3) | | |
5 | Remove the coolant thermostat housing cover (2) | Installation: install new O-rings (5). | |
6 | Remove both the coolant thermostats (4) | Installation: Pay attention to the installation position of the coolant thermostats (4). | |
7 | Test coolant thermostat (4) | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Check coolant level and correct if necessary | Refer to the maintenance instructions . | |
10 | Inspect cooling system for leaks |
