1 | Open the cap (2) on the expansion reservoir (1). | Turn the cap (2) counterclockwise by half a revolution, relieve overpressure, and then unscrew cap (2). | |
2 | Raise vehicle. | ||

4 | Drain off coolant. | To do this, place a drain hose (3a) with an inside diameter of 12 mm on the drain fitting of the cooler and then open the cooler drain screw (3). Collect coolant in a suitable container. | |
