| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove bottom engine compartment paneling | ||
2 | Remove integral carrier heat shield (2) | ||
3 | Detach steering heat shield (2l) and place to one side | The steering heat shield (2l) remains in the vehicle. | |
4 | Remove drive shaft heat shield on the right (3) | ||
5 | Disconnect Electrical connection (10) | ||
6 | Remove screw/bolt (20) and crankshaft Hall sensor | Bolt, position sensor for crankshaft to crankcase/oil pan | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||

8 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and delete | ||
