Switch off ignition.

Insert electric lines (3, 4) into the corrugated hose insulation (5).

 The new electrical wiring harness with the electric lines (3, 4) does not have to be integrated in the insulation of the SCR wiring harness between the pump module and the SCR catalytic converter control unit. However, it should not be routed next to it.
The length of the electrical wiring harness to be fabricated depends on the distance between the pump module and the SCR catalytic converter control unit.

Attach plug for the connection on the pump module to the electric lines (3, 4).

 Use basic wiring harness repair kit.

 Crimp electric plug contacts (1) with the crimper.

Attach plug contacts (9) to the electric lines (3, 4) for the connection to the SCR catalytic converter control unit.

 Use basic wiring harness repair kit.

 Crimp electric plug contacts (9) with the crimper.
