 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 1	Remove fan		AR20.40-S-5614SE
2	Remove coolant hoses (2)	 Clamping device	*000589543700
3	Remove housing for exhaust gas recirculation valve (1)	 Start by removing bolts (3).
		 Installation: Clean sealing surface, replace sealing ring and seal.

4	Disconnect electrical connector from exhaust gas recirculation positioner (Y27/1)
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Bleed cooling system		AR20.00-S-1140S
	Checking
7	Inspecting cooling system for leaks	 Visual inspection only.	AR20.00-S-1010S
