 Installation	Clean all sealing surfaces
1	Remove engine compartment flap, install	 Model 613	AR88.40-T-1100B
2	Detach compressed air line (6) at engine brake cylinder (7)	 Applies to all models with engine brake flap.
3	Detach ball socket (arrow) of throttle valve lever (8)	Take off locking element of ball socket and lever off ball socket.  Inspect whether locking element can be re-used, replace if necessary.
4	Detach throttle valve lever from throttle valve shaft (9)	Slacken clamping screw at throttle valve lever (8). Installation: Inspect throttle valve position, set if necessary.
5	Take off bracket (10) of flap connection (2)	Unscrew both bolts (11) next to throttle valve shaft and take off fixture.
6.1	Unscrew nuts (3) of flap connection (2) at turbocharger (1)	 Engine 402.970, 446.938

6.2	Unscrew nuts (14) of pipe connection (15) at turbocharger (12)	 Engine 441.980

7.1	Take off flap connection (2)	 Engine 402.970, 446.938 Unscrew nuts (4) at flange and push exhaust cross pipe (5) slightly to the side.

7.2	Take off flap connection (13)	 Engine 441.980 Slacken screw at clamp (16).
		Installation: Inspect whether clamp (16) can be re-used, replace if necessary.
8	Separate exhaust flex pipe from turbocharger		AR49.10-T-7160B
9	Install in the reverse order
