3 | Remove soundproofing on frame at top right and below | ||
4 | Remove air intake hose (1) from intake manifold (3) | ||
5 | Loosen hose from resonator box (6) on intake manifold (3) | ||
6 | Detach crankcase ventilation hose from intake manifold (3) | ||
7 | Detach clamps (7) of oil pressure line for steering (8) and oil suction line for steering (9) from intake manifold (3) | Do not disconnect the oil pressure line for steering (8) and oil suction line for steering (9). | |

8 | Remove intake manifold (3) from bracket (5) | Bolt, air intake pipe at bracket | |
9 | Detach both connection pieces (2) at intake manifold (3) and at both turbochargers and push towards intake manifold (3) or respective turbocharger | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. | |
10 | Take out intake manifold (3) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. | |
11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
12 | Start engine and afterwards allow the engine to run at alternating rpm. Check connection pieces (2) and intake manifold (3) for leaktightness, then switch off the engine | Visual inspection. |
