4	Remove spark plugs		AP15.10-D-1580A
5	Position piston to TDC	Rotate engine at crankshaft.  Pull timing chain tightly up so that it does not jam when turning.	AR01.00-D-0120C
		 Either cylinders 1+4 or cylinder 2+3 can be processed depending on the position of the crankshaft
6	Install lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear	Engine 111.948/978 in model 638.	AR03.30-S-5000A

7	Remove valve springs (4) and replace valve rod retainers (5)		AR05.30-S-3510-02A
