Remove

1

Remove clutch.

Engine 654.9 in model 447 with transmission 711.6

Remove position sensor of the crankshaft (10).

Remove resonator box.

Loosen screws (1 to 8) in the numerical sequence, remove, and remove flywheel (9).


Do not use an impact wrench/driver or similar compressed air tools to loosen the screws (1 to 8).
Otherwise, the thread in the crankshaft flange will be damaged.

 Counterhold the front crankshaft at the belt pulley/vibration damper with the  counterholder.
Helper required.

Check

Check flywheel (9) and starter ring gear for wear and damage.

If there is a problem,



replace flywheel (9).

Check the rear radial shaft sealing ring for leak tightness.

If there is a problem,



Replace rear radial shaft sealing ring.

Install

Position flywheel (9) on the crankshaft flange.

 Pay attention to the guide pin in the crankshaft flange.

Tighten screws (1 to 8) slightly by hand and tighten in the numerical sequence.
