2	Remove clutch	ENGINE 646 in MODEL 636 with TRANSMISSION 716.6 ENGINE 646 in MODEL 639 with TRANSMISSION 716.6 ENGINE 651 in MODEL 636, 639 with TRANSMISSION 711.6	AR25.10-S-0050SD
3	Install retaining lock	ENGINE 646 in MODEL 636, 639 with TRANSMISSION 716.6	AR03.30-S-5000SD

6	Remove flywheel (1) together with washer (4)	 Installation: Cylinder pin (2) determines the installation position of the flywheel (1).
7	Remove washer (3) on crankshaft	Model 639 with transmission 722.6
		 Installation: Ensure that the washer (3) is positioned correctly. Malfunctions may occur otherwise.
	Check
8	Check ring gear of flywheel (1) for damage
9.1	Check end cover with radial shaft sealing ring for leaktightness	MODEL 636 with ENGINE 646 MODEL 639 with ENGINE 112, 646
		For appropriate findings:
		
		Replace end cover with radial shaft sealing ring.
		Remove/install end cover MODEL 636, 639 with ENGINE 646	AR01.40-S-8913SD
		Remove/install end cover Model 639 with engine 112.951/976	AR01.40-S-8913SV
9.2	Check radial shaft sealing ring for leaktightness	MODEL 639 with ENGINE 651
		For appropriate findings:
		
		Replace radial shaft sealing ring.
		Replacing rear crankshaft radial seal	AR03.20-S-3063SJ
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Carry out initialization	ENGINE 112 in MODEL 639 Only when replacing the flywheel (1).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-S-2000-04S
		 Perform initialization with diagnostic system in the menu item "Control unit adaptation".
