Install retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear

Remove Screw/bolt/bolts (1a)

 Installation: Replace screw/bolts (1a).

 Bolt, flywheel or two-mass flywheel / drive plate to crankshaft

Remove drive plate (1) or two-mass flywheel from crankshaft flange

 Installation: The cylinder pin (2) determines the installation location of drive plate (1) or two-mass flywheel.



Check

Check threaded union (3) in drive plate (1)

Engine 272, 273 in model 212 with transmission 722.9

In case of damage or loose seating



Install new drive plate (1).

Install in the reverse order

Perform default initialization and then sensor rotor adaptation using the diagnostic system

After replacing the clutch plate (1) or the two-mass flywheel.


