Draining | |||
1 | Clean area surrounding oil filler screw (7) and drain screw (2). | ||
2 | Remove oil filler screw (7) and drain screws (2) with sealing ring. | Only drain the transmission oil when the transmission is warm. Collect transmission oil in a suitable container. | |
3 | Remove screw plug (1) and remove sealing ring (3). | The screw plug (1) is spring loaded! Carefully unscrew screw plug (1) and wear safety glasses. | |
4 | Remove oil screen (4), spring (5) and bush (6). | Mark installation position of oil screen (4). | |

5 | Clean oil screen (4), spring (5) and bush (6). | ||
Pour in | |||
6 | Insert bushing (6), spring (5) and oil screen (4) one after the other. | Observe installation position of oil screen (4). | |
7 | Screw in screw plug (1) with new sealing ring (3). | Screw plug, oil strainer to transmission housing | |
8 | Screw in drain screws (2) with new sealing rings. | Oil filler screw and drain screw to transmission housing | |
9 | Add new transmission oil up to lower edge of hole for oil filler screw (7). | Gear oil | |
10 | Screw in oil filler screw (7). | Do not replace sealing ring. | |

11 | Start engine and run for approx. 2 min. | See information from body manufacturer. | |

13 | Remove oil filler screw (7). | ||
14 | Check transmission oil level, correct, if necessary. | The transmission oil level must reach the lower edge of the hole for the oil filler screw (7). | |
