 	Removing, installing
1	Remove radiator	Engine 111.979	AR20.20-D-3865C
		Engine 111.984	AR20.20-D-3865G
2	Remove viscous fan coupling		AR20.40-D-5660C
3	Remove poly V-belt		AP13.22-D-1381A
4	Position belt pulley/vibration damper (1) to TDC	Rotate engine at crankshaft.	AR01.00-D-0120C
		 Parallel key (4) points up.
5	Install retaining lock (6) for crankshaft/ starter ring gear		AR03.30-D-5000C
6	Unscrew central bolt (2) together with dished washers (5)	 Installation: Oil dished washers (5) and thread of central bolt (2). Install dished washers (5) with the convex face pointing toward the bolt head.

7	Pull off belt pulley/vibration damper (1)	 If belt pulley/vibration damper (1) is tight: 
		Pull off belt pulley/vibration damper (1)	AR03.30-D-1600-02C
			*000589883300
		 Installation: The slot of the belt pulley (1) must be aligned with the parallel key (4) in the crankshaft.
8	Replacing front crankshaft radial seal		AR03.20-D-3000C
9	Install in the reverse order

 Flywheel, driven plate, vibration damper, starter ring gear
