1	Remove transmission	Transmission 717.470/471/474	AR26.10-P-0020FF

2	Lock flywheel (2) with retaining lock (5)		*454589004000
3	Unscrew the bolts (3) of the pressure plate (4) diagonally and evenly	 The pressure plate (4) is attached with six bolts (3).

4	Remove clutch plate (1) with pressure plate (4)
	Checking
5.1	Check pressure plate (4) and clutch plate (1)	Only when re-using the pressure plate (4) and clutch plate (1).	AR25.10-P-0050-01FF
6	Check flywheel (2) for wear and damage	 Replace flywheel (2) if necessary. Refer to: 
		Remove, install flywheel	AR03.30-P-8002FF
7	Check release bearing for wear and damage	 Replace release bearing if necessary.

	Install
8	Dress flywheel (2) with coarse abrasive cloth
9	Center clutch plate (1) relative to pressure plate (4)	 Follow the manufacturer's operating instructions when using the centering tool (6).

10	Attach clutch plate (1) and pressure plate (4) to the flywheel (2) with the bolts (3)	 Tighten the bolts (3) diagonally and evenly.
