 	Remove/install
1	Remove engine hood		AR88.40-P-3000FF
2	Remove paneling on center piece in front of the windshield		AR88.00-P-2792FF
3	Remove battery tray		AR54.00-P-0002FF
4	Pry off ball heads on shift cables (3) on transmission (1) and detach bracket (2) of shift cables (3) on transmission (1).	 Bracket (2) of shift cables (3) attached with two bolts.
5	Unplug connector (4)
6	Unclip wiring harnesses from brackets (5).
7	Remove starter	 Remove starter from above.	AR15.30-P-7100FG
8	Unscrew bolts of the transmission (1) from the engine at the top.	 The transmission (1) is secured at the top by three bolts.

9	Install engine bridge		AR01.10-P-2400-05FB

10	Unscrew bolt (6) and unscrew nuts (7)	 Install new self-locking bolt (6) and nuts (7).

11	Remove front drive shafts		AR33.30-P-0620FG
12	Detach lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105FF
13	Remove charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler		AR09.41-P-8621FB
14	Remove slave cylinder and bracket on transmission (1) and place aside		AR25.20-P-0150-01FF

15	Remove primary catalytic converter		AR49.10-P-5510FB
16	Unhook retaining rubber (arrows) on front axle carrier (12)
17	Remove flywheel cover (9).	 The flywheel cover (9) is fixed with six bolts.
18	Lower transmission (1) and engine with engine bridge until the transmission (1) can be taken out	 Aid of helper required. When lowering the transmission (1) loosen the transmission bearing (8) from the transmission (1) using a suitable screwdriver.

19	Position removal fixture (10) under the transmission (1)	 The base jacks from the companies Mazzola and AS Hydraulic can be used according to choice.

20	Unscrew bolts of transmission (1) on lower engine area, detach transmission (1) from engine and place on the removal fixture (10)	 Aid of helper required. The base jacks from the companies Mazzola and AS Hydraulic can be used according to choice.
		 Installation: Grease transmission shaft slightly using suitable grease.

21	Use belt (11) to secure transmission (1)
22	Install in the reverse order
