 Warning

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove

Slowly open cap, release overpressure, and then remove from coolant expansion reservoir.

Remove center, center front, and center right engine compartment lining, and rear engine compartment lining.

Drain off

Unclip coolant hose (4) from holder (5).

Remove connector coupling (1) of coolant hoses (3, 4) from cooler (2), collect escaping coolant in a suitable container, and seal openings with protective covers.

Remove coolant hose (6) from power electronics control unit (N129/1), collect escaping coolant in suitable container, and seal openings with protective covers.

Pour in

Remove protective covers and attach coolant hose (6) to power electronics control unit (N129/1).

Remove protective covers and attach connector coupling (1) of coolant hoses (3, 4) to cooler (2).

Clip coolant hose (4) into holder (5).

Fill in coolant and bleed low-temperature circuit.
