Open the engine compartment flap at the rear

Remove interior flap above engine

Remove charge air manifold

Remove MR/PLD injection lines

in case of MODEL 613.367

Remove the pressure screw (1) and pull out the pressure pipe connection (2)

 Installation: Replace and grease the O-ring (3).



Remove cylinder head cover

Unscrew the bolt (4) and detach the clamping piece (5)



Pull out nozzle holder combination (7)

 If the nozzle holder combination (7) is tight, use the impact extractor together with a threaded insert.

 Installation: Replace and grease the O-ring (6). Ensure the correct position of the pin (arrow) vis-à-vis the clamping piece (5) and the cap (8).


