2 | Remove rubber bellows on left and right side of vehicle | ||
3 | Close front glass roof (3). | See Operator's Manual | |
4 | Remove panoramic sunroof water repellent (1, 2) | On both sides of vehicle. | |
5 | Move front glass roof (3) to pop-up position | See Operator's Manual | |
Roller sun blind retracted at front. | |||
6 | Unscrew screws (4, 5) from left and right side of vehicle | ||
7 | Remove front glass roof (3) | Slightly lift front glass roof (3) in front area with aid of helper (arrow A), then remove slide shoes (6) from corresponding guide rail (7) on left and right side of vehicle by pulling forward (arrow B). Remove front glass roof (3) and lay down. | |

8 | Slightly pull bracket (8) to side on left and right side of vehicle and clean and lubricate slide shoes (9) of associated set-up arm (10). Then position bracket (8) on slide shoe (9). | The bracket (8) should be seated correctly on slide shoe (9) on the left and right side of the vehicle, otherwise it is not possible to install the front glass roof. | |

9 | Clean and lubricate slide shoe (6) | Special sliding roof antifriction agent | |
10 | Clean and lubricate guide rail (7) on left and right side of vehicle | Special sliding roof antifriction agent | |
11 | Position front glass roof (3) | Insert front glass roof (3) with the slide shoes (6) into corresponding guide rail (7) on left and right side of vehicle with aid of helper, carefully slide toward rear and position. | |
12 | Loosely screw in screws (4, 5) | Replace bolts (4, 5). | |
13 | Close front glass roof (3). | See Operator's Manual | |
