 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 1	Unscrew cap (2) on expansion reservoir (1)	 Turn cap (2) carefully as far as the first detent and release overpressure
2	Set heating to maximum heating capacity
3	Check engine coolant level and antifreeze content of coolant; correct if necessary		*BF20.00-N-1001-01C
4	Fit adapter (4) and testing unit (3) onto expansion reservoir (1)		*124589242100

5	Apply test pressure to cooling system and perform a visual inspection on all coolant carrying components	 Observe test pressure of 1.0 bar and test period 5 minutes to 10 minutes otherwise the cooling system can be damaged.
		 A pressure drop at the pressure gauge of the testing unit (4) is visible in case of leaks in the cooling system.

		 For a pressure drop and visible coolant loss check radiator, heater, coolant pump, cooling and heating hoses, coolant lines and their connecting points, hose clamps, cylinder head gaskets, core hole cap or core hole screw in screw plug; remove leaks in cooling system.
		In case of pressure drop and no visible coolant loss: 

6	Release test pressure on testing unit (3) and remove adapter (4) with testing unit (3) on expansion reservoir (1)		*124589242100

7	Check coolant level, adjust to correct level if necessary.		*BF20.00-N-1001-01C
