 Supplement to Celette straightening tool setup plan 7240.300:

Model 240.0 (short wheelbase):

Since production date 02/2006 on the front rear axle carrier bolt-on point between the subframe carrier and body contact surface a 4 mm thick washer (see picture 3) is installed, as already on model 240.1 (long wheelbase) as of production startup. When mounting on the straightening bench with the rear axle carrier installed a modified setup position and marking out position of straightening tool no. 35/36 must be performed for these vehicles.

 Perform modified setup position and marking position as follows:

1 Position straightening tool no.35/36 with MZ 080 as per setup plan model 240.0 (W), rear axle carrier installed, as previously.

2 In addition place the plate no. 43 (see picture 3) of setup plan
model 240.1 (V) between MZ 080 and cross member and bolt on with Celette bolts, 55 mm long.
Do not position MZ 080 on X-offset 37 mm from plate no. 43

3 Mark out straightening tool no. 35/36 as per model 240.1 (V) setup plan, FIG. 18 (see picture 1) in MZ 080.

4 Take over setup variants from model 240.1 (V) setup plan, see sectional views FIG. 36, 37, 38 (see picture 2).
