Disconnect ground line from battery.

Unscrew screw/bolts (4).

 Bolt/nut, front passenger airbag unit to instrument panel carrier

Unclip front passenger airbag (1) by hand upwards out of the instrument panel.

 Installation: Check cover (5) of front passenger airbag (1) is correctly seated in instrument panel.

Lift front passenger airbag (1) and disconnect electrical connectors (2).

Check routing of the subharnesses for squibs 1 and 2 and squib of active bleed valve on front passenger airbag (1).

 The subharness for the squib of the active bleed valve is connected to the front passenger airbag (1) via the electrical connector (6).

If the subharness for squibs 1 and 2 does not exit centrally and therefore is too short.

If the front passenger airbag (1) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order.
