Remove mounting rails (1) from seat backrest frame (2)

Open zippers (3) of seat backrest cover (4)

 To do so, pull out zippers (3) at seat backrest frame (2).

Remove trim (6) from seat backrest frame (2)

 To do so, remove mounting rails (7). Then lay seat backrest cover (4) over seat backrest and remove screws (5).

Remove seat backrest padding (9) with seat backrest cover (4)

 To do so, remove mounting rails (8) from seat backrest frame (2) and remove seat backrest cover (4) with seat backrest padding (9) upwards from seat backrest frame (2).

 Installation: Ensure that the seat backrest cover (4) and seat backrest padding (9) are seated correctly.

Remove seat backrest cover (4) from seat backrest padding (9)

When replacing the seat backrest padding (9) or the seat backrest cover (4).

 To do so, remove mounting rails (10) of seat backrest cover (4) at retaining clips (11) of seat backrest padding (9).

 Installation: Ensure that the seat backrest cover (4) is correctly seated on the seat backrest padding (9).
Check retaining clips (11).

If the retaining clips (11) are damaged



Replace seat backrest padding (9).

Transfer cuts for armrests to new seat backrest cover (4)

Model 907.6/7 with code U74 (Wall side armrests) and with code U75 (Aisle side armrests)
When replacing the seat backrest cover (4).

 To do so, take cuts for armrests from old seat backrest cover (4) and mark on new seat backrest cover (4).

 Installation: Add marked cuts for armrests on new seat backrest cover (4) using a suitable tool.

Remove grommets at seat backrest frame (2) for armrests.

Model 907.6/7 with code U74 (Wall side armrests) and with code U75 (Aisle side armrests)
When replacing the passenger bench seat.
