Remove/install

Remove respective head restraint from passenger bench seat (1).

AR91.16-D-2660TS

Remove head restraint guides (2).


Observe assembly positions of head restraint guides (2).
Otherwise, the head restraint guides (2) may not lock correctly.

 To do so, insert  extraction hook into groove (3) at each head restraint guide (2) (arrow A), release catch hooks (4) (arrows B, C) and remove head restraint guides (2) in upward direction.

 Removal: The catch hooks (4) must remain unlocked to do so.

 Installation: The head restraint guides (2) must lock properly.

If head restraint guides (2) are not correctly locked:



Correct assembly position or lock head restraint guides (2).

Remove coat hooks from head restraint guides (2).

Model 907.6/7 with code FF0 (Coat hook in passenger compartment)
When replacing the head restraint guides (2) or coat hooks.

 To do this, use a suitable tool to unclip coat hooks on head restraint guides (2).

Install in the reverse order.
