Risk of explosion due to escaping combustible gas or overheating of gas cylinders.Risk of injury caused by burns to skin and eyes. Risk of frostbite to body parts caused by escaping gas and by touching components near the valves when emptying gas cylinders. Risk of poisoning or suffocation caused by inhaling gas.

Remove any sources of ignition.
Protective clothing, safety gloves and safety glasses must always be worn.
Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated.
When working on vehicles at ambient temperatures over 60 °C, all gas cylinders must be removed.

Remove/install

Close shutoff valve on gas cylinder

Remove drawer below gas cooker

Remove cover below gas cooker

Open cover of gas cooker

Remove electrical connector (1) from gas control unit (2)

Remove attachment (4)

Unscrew bolts (5) and remove covering (6)

Take off cover (7)

Installation: Observe installation position for cover (7).

Remove circlip (8)

Remove temperature sensor (9) downward from cooker and kitchen sink unit (3)

Installation: Observe installation position of electrical lines of temperature sensor (9).

Install in the reverse order

Check

Close shutoff valve on gas cylinder

Open gas shut-off cock on kitchenette

See owner's manual.

Open corresponding gas shut-off valve (2) using rotary knob (10)

Check corresponding gas cooker for proper function

Allow flame to burn for at least 30 s.

If no flame is present.

Check second gas cooker for proper function

Flame is present.

Check piezo ignition system of defective gas cooker

Check gas feed

Close gas control valve (2) with aid of rotary knob (10)

Close gas shut-off cock in kitchenette
