Danger! | Danger of severe burns to skin and eyes from hot coolant spewing out. Coolant is toxic when swallowed | Open cooling system only when coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cover slowly and reduce pressure. Do not fill beverage containers with coolant. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and protective goggles. | |
2 | Eliminate the pressure from the coolant circuit | ||
3 | Lower the additional hot water heating with the support | ||

4 | Disconnect refrigerant lines (1,3) with the clamp (4) | | |
5 | Remove the refrigerant lines (1,3) of the additional hot water heating (A34) | Collect any refrigerant which spills in a container. | |
Check the state of the clamps (2), replacing them if required. | |||
6 | Remove the fuel dosing pump | Replace the clamp fitted in the fuel pipe with a suitable plug. | |
7 | Disconnect the plug-in connection (34.1) | ||
8 | Remove the additional hot water heating (A34) with the support (2) | Pay attention not to damage the fuel pipe | |
9 | The installation is carried out in reverse order | ||

10 | Start the engine up; drain the air from the cooling and heating system | Heat the engine with variable revolutions for approximately 1 minute Continuously fill up with refrigerant until the upper mark of the expansion tank is reached. | |
