Remove

Remove roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor

Detach refrigerant line on oil pan and tie roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor with attached refrigerant lines to one side.

Remove the refrigerant compressor

Remove bracket (2) for roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1).
Tie refrigerant compressor with attached refrigerant lines to one side.

Remove tensioning pulley (10) with tensioning pulley bracket (9)

Only when replacing roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1).

Undo bolt (5) of clamp (4) and detach automatic transmission oil line (6) on bracket (3)

Undo bolts (8) and remove bracket (3) on oil pan

Undo bolts (7) and remove roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1)

Install

Mount roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1) and bracket (3).

Tighten bolts (7, 8) finger-tight only to enable the roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1) to be mounted free of tension.

Tighten clamp (4) using bolt (5) and mount automatic transmission oil line (6) onto bracket (3)

Mount tensioning pulley (10) with tensioning pulley bracket (9)

Only when replacing roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1).

Tighten bolt (11) finger-tight only as the V-belt still has to be tensioned.

Attach refrigerant compressor

Mount bracket (2) for roof air conditioning refrigerant compressor carrier (1).
