Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well-ventilated areas. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been drained.

Remove/install

Remove fluid reservoir

 Installation: Replace receiver/drier.

Slacken poly-V-belt and detach from refrigerant compressor (1)

Disconnect electrical line (10) at refrigerant compressor (1)

Unscrew screws/bolts (6, 7) and detach refrigerant lines (2, 3) at refrigerant compressor (1)



Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings (4, 5) and moisten with compressor oil.

 Close off refrigerant lines (2, 3) and refrigerant compressor (1) with  stop plugs.

Remove screws/bolts (9) and remove refrigerant compressor (1)
