Detension and take off V-belt for 2nd refrigerant compressor

Loosen poly-V belt (1) and remove

Check

Check the poly-V belt (1)

If worn or damaged



Replace the poly-V belt (1).

Check V-belt for 2nd A/C compressor

If worn or damaged



Replace V-belt for 2nd A/C compressor.

Check the clamping device and guide pulleys

If worn or damaged



Replace clamping device.

Lay on poly-V belt (1) as per routing diagram

Lay on poly-V belt (1) and tighten it

Lay on V-belt for 2nd refrigerant compressor and tighten it
