Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Remove air distribution housing (2).

Pull heater core (1) out of air distribution housing (2) in direction of arrow (arrow A).


Grasp heater core (1) near the connections (arrows B) and pull out of air distribution housing (2).
Otherwise, the coolant pipes (3) or the heater core (1) may be damaged and start to leak.

Remove bolts (4) and clamps (5).

When replacing the heater core (1).

Remove coolant pipes (3) from heater core (1).

When replacing the heater core (1).

Installation: Replace O-rings (6).

Install in the reverse order.
