Remove air nozzles in instrument panel

Remove heater control cable

Remove ventilation box

Remove heater housing

Remove seal (5)

 Installation: Clean sealing surface and install new seal (5).

Remove electrical wiring harness (3)

Unscrew screws/bolts (1, 2) and remove heater regulating valve (4) with O-rings (6)

 Installation: Replace O-rings (6).

Install in the reverse order

Set time on instrument cluster

Set time on timer for auxiliary heater


