1 | Remove headlamp unit | ||
2 | Remove lens from headlamp unit | ||
3 | Press ball head for pneumatic headlamp range control out of reflector | Press ball head out from rear with suitable tool such as plastic wedge | |
4 | Loosen positioning element (41) by turning bayonet socket 45° and then remove from housing (36) | Installation: Hold headlamp reflector while installing positioning element with clean rag Do not touch inside of reflector | |
5 | Reinstall in opposite order | ||
6 | Check headlamp adjustment, adjust correctly |
