Removal, installation

Remove headlamp unit

Remove lens from headlamp unit

Press ball head for pneumatic headlamp range control out of reflector

Press ball head out from rear with suitable tool such as plastic wedge

Loosen positioning element (41) by turning bayonet socket 45° and then remove from housing (36)

Installation: Hold headlamp reflector while installing positioning element with clean rag

Do not touch inside of reflector

Reinstall in opposite order

Check headlamp adjustment, adjust correctly
