E6/1 Left turn signal lamp
| Remove/Install | ||
1 | Detach electrical connector (2) from left (E1) and right (E2) front lamp units | ||
2 | Disconnect pneumatic line (4) for headlamp range adjustment | ||
3 | Detach electrical connector (3) from left (E6/1) and right (E6/2) turn signal lamps | ||
4 | Remove left (E6/1) and right (E6/2) turn signal lamps | Release catch by inserting screwdriver into hole (magnifying glass) at end of fender support and push turn signal lamp out towards front. | |
5 | Unscrew bolts (5) and (7) | ||
6 | Carefully pull left (E1) and right (E2) front lamp unit out towards front | Installation: Align lamp unit such that a consistent distance is maintained between the fender and the closed engine hood. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | Steps 6 to 1 | |

8 | Check and correct headlamp adjustment | ||
