Remove/install

Open corresponding sliding door (4).

Attach lifting device to the sliding door (4).



Carefully handle lifting device.
Otherwise, the paint can be damaged.

Remove cable (3) from bottom carriage (1).

Unscrew bolts (2).

 Installation: Tighten screws (2) with specified tightening torque only after adjustment of sliding door (4).

Remove the bottom carriage (1) from the sliding door (4) and move toward the front until it can be removed from the guide rail.


Carefully handle the bottom carriage (1).
Otherwise, the paint can be damaged.

Remove bottom carriage (1).

Install in the reverse order.

Adjust

Adjust height of the bottom carriage (1).

Check transition between the sliding door (4) and the B-pillar; adjust if necessary.

If new bottom carriage (1) is installed.

Check opening, closing, and engage function of the sliding door (4).
