Remove door paneling (24)

Raise paneling in vicinity of expansion rivet.

Unscrew button (27) from connecting rod

Unhook connecting rod (25) from door lock and remove

Remove door lock (22)

Remove upper carriage (2)

Installation: Check carriage for wear, replace and grease if necessary.

Unscrew bolts (28) and remove crash reinforcement (29)

Assemble in the reverse sequence.

When replacing the sliding door drill holes for the crash reinforcement and on model WD1/ WD2/ WD3/ WD6/ WD7 with code FY6, central locking with radio remote control, the hole for the inner door lock before assembling.
